Carol is a TV chef in her seventh season on Daytime, an NBC based, nationally syndicated show. She is also the founder and editor-in-chief of Simply Gluten Free magazine, currently the most popular gluten free magazine in the marketplace. She is the author of three print cookbooks, including the best-selling books Simply Gluten Free Desserts (St. Martin’s Press, 2011), Simply Gluten Free Quick Meals (St. Martin’s Press, 2012), and Simply Gluten Free 5 Ingredient Cookbook (Topix Media Lab, 2016). Her recipes and articles have been published in more than 650 newspapers and magazines across the country. Carol started her career as a recipe developer for major corporations. Then, in 2007, she founded Simply Gluten Free, a gluten-free recipe and lifestyle blog and website.
