FLORENCE ROBYN SMITH is a self-motivated professional skilled in directing and orchestrating tasks to achieve overall project goals. She serves in many capacities within her church organization, Gospel Spreading Church of God. She mentors the youth and young adults in her church and family, providing marriage counseling, parental guidance, and practical lessons learned. She has conducted speaking engagements at numerous women’s gatherings, church graduation programs, and special church services. Florence has been employed with the Department of Defense since December 2004. She has held various management positions supporting some of the Nation’s most sensitive activities; providing managerial and advisory support to members of the Senior Executive Service, Brigade Commanders, Senior Experts and General Counsels. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Women, Federally Employed Women, and Christian Small Publishers Association. Florence has a Bachelors in Business Administration; Masters in Technology Management, both from University of Maryland University College; and will complete a Masters in Strategic Studies at the U.S. Army War College in June 2016. A woman with a message of hope, encouragement, and inspiration, Florence will leave you motivated and enthused about fulfilling your purpose!
