Dr. Greg Howes is the Founder and CEO of Treaty Consulting Group, LLC. He has more than 30 years of worldwide experience helping organizations enhance their performance in order to exceed their top-line and bottom-line goals. Dr. Howes has been working with organizations to optimize their performance for over 30 years. He has championed global, large-scale change efforts, led Post Merger Integrations (PMIs), established process improvement efforts, and has led numerous major change efforts with line and staff departments in cross cultural settings. He has developed numerous corporate processes and documentation, and he has successfully led ISO9002, ISO9001, CMM, CMMI, PMP and PgMP certification efforts. He is known for his strength in reducing confusion to common-sense clarity and his ability to work in dynamic and evolving organizations with diverse cultures and physically dispersed teams. Dr. Howes is a practitioner, educator, author, and scholar of business. He has led a variety of business areas to include Business Development, Production, Engineering, Quality, Test, Human Resources, Purchasing, Subcontracts, Facilities, Security, Program Management, Finance, Configuration Management, and Contracts. This experience has provided him with a unique understanding of how to work with all departments and levels of leadership to improve inter-departmental and intra-departmental understanding and cooperation. “Dr. Greg” is an adjunct professor at Florida Institute of Technology & Webster University where he teaches Organizational Behavior, Operations Management, Strategic Management, Technology Commercialization & Entrepreneurship, Engineering Operations & Logistics, Project Engineering, and Program Management at the graduate level. Dr. Howes has a Bachelor of Professional Studies with a Computer Science emphasis from Barry University, a Master of Business Administration in Technology Management from the Florida Institute of Technology, and a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix.
