Recycling, Up-cycling & repurposing is encouraged & used throughout the book as is being creative as a therapeutic tool for coping with stress, anxiety, depression & trauma. Be brave. Make mistakes. She is a big advocate for art as therapy, due to personal experience with post natal depression and understands the massive benefit's in coping with stress, anxiety, depression and trauma. Tanya has a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design. She has worked in professional photographic restoration and manipulation and has been a part of the NSW art community for some time. Tanya is qualified in Training & Assessment and teaches locally as well as volunteering for her local community including helping with the organization of a highly successful local art exhibition. Tanya Menzies is the proud owner and creator of Old, New & Out of the Blue, www.oldnewoutoftheblue.com, an online business with a unique boutique and a store specializing in DIY kit's and books with an emphasis on unusual eco-creative design.
