A J (Andy) Sheppard is a practical coach for leaders of change. He specialises in helping leaders to work out transformations in diverse industrial operations across Europe, the USA and Asia. His insight is rooted in experiencing change as a shop floor worker, navigating change as an engineer in Shell and Crown Cork and serving as a specialist in transforming business operations for McKinsey & Company. He has a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
