Michael K Sahota has been on a path of self-discovery and healing for decades to find his own inner peace. By profession he is a leadership coach and trainer. He works with leaders all over the world to develop high-performance organizations through his own integrated system of knowledge, tools, and behavior shifts. He developed this system while helping companies move to an Agile way of working in the software industry. Michael’s graduate work in computer science trained him in sensemaking to understand models and theories in a profound way. As an engineer by training, he likes practical structures and tools that can make this world a better place. This way of understanding the world helped him come to terms with himself and his emotions. His outlook brought him to approach emotional growth and healing with the mind of an experimental scientist: “Show me the data to prove that!” Audree Tara Sahota's quest to liberate herself from pain and suffering led her to study the psychology of disease. With over 10 years of formal training as an energetic healer, including meditation and yoga, she became an expert in personal growth and transformation. Audree’s natural abilities to sense energy and read people has been effective in her career as an energetic healer. As a member of a medical team for 5 years, she had high levels of success with “untreatable” diseases, such as Stage IV cancers (brain, breast, and ovarian), addiction, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, life transition, and cases of identifying hard to diagnose illnesses. Her work has been scientifically validated and recorded. Audree’s career in medical healing shifted as she began to have awareness of the correlation between disease, lifestyle, and consciousness. She studied as a professional coach and developed techniques to quickly remove blocks and obstacles that keep one from living to their fullest potential. Today she guides executives and entrepreneurs to clear personal blocks in performance, conducts leadership training, and coaches executives worldwide. Audree has been a radio host with her acclaimed Grounding Meditations For The Shift In Consciousness and is co-author of The Authorities. She has been initiated by beings in very high states of consciousness to guide her clients through deep processes that create lasting shifts in consciousness.
