All along, the book underlines continuously the cardinal Krav Maga principle of Retzev, with dozens of examples of ‘continuous offensive motion’ until the opponent is fully vanquished. 250 pages, suitable for beginners and trained Martial Artists from other Schools, are crammed to the brim with over 1500 Photos and Illustrations!

Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Marc De Bremaeker has been involved in Martial Arts for over 50 years. Once a successful traditional and full-contact Karate competitor renowned for flashy kicking, he has since taken to teaching and researching the common roots and principles uniting all world martial arts. Holding black belts from several schools and organizations, he has practiced many other fighting sports, with special interest in kicking and kick drilling methods. Marc has trained in Krav Maga in Israel, where he also served in the Army (IDF). He has written ‘Krav Maga Kicks’ that presents basic and intermediate level Krav Maga. He has also authored an acclaimed encyclopedic work about Essential Kicks, that he is now completing with the more advanced ‘Kicks’ Series.
