Retiring from the professional world of higher education left me with lots of time on my hands. Wanting to continue to use my expertise coaching adults to create the lives they truly want to be living opened the door to a new career as a mystery / romance novelist. Talk about change! Developing interesting characters and placing them in situations where they are challenged by real world events adds the realism good stories need to become great stories. My stories explore how adults navigate their life journeys which are always affected by the choices they make. Through story I want to offer my readers a new way to think about change, empowering them to make choices aligned with their innate talents and gifts, thus generating rich and rewarding lives. My most recent professional book, The Change Intelligence Factor: Mastering the Promise of EXTRA- ORDINARY (2013) offers readers the nuts and bolts of the process behind personal change.
