Facilitator and coach, she uses the insights from her personal journey and extensive study and training to share the process of understanding the origins of our ideas, thoughts, and values to help each participant take steps to improving their “quality of life”. She guides participants towards liberation by assisting them to redefine their own values for themselves. She also shares strategies on self development and exploration that leads to the unlocking of spiritual perspectives and creativity that is often silent within us due to our fears and low self esteem. Building on her extensive experience in program development, community planning, advocacy, entrepreneurship, consulting, activism, and coaching, she has dedicated her life to helping individuals reach their greatest potential. Employed by organizations such as Focus: HOPE, United Way of Southeastern Michigan, Detroit Public Schools, Vanguard CDC, Wayne County Community College District, and many others; she has invested more than 20 years in improving the lives of others.
