Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

William G. Steiner has been an executive leadership coach for 20 years, serving senior leaders on three continents in a wide variety of businesses. Steiner was a corporate executive, led management and executive leadership programs at both GE and RCA, and taught organization behavior and leadership at the graduate level. He also owned and led Steiner Enterprises, a wholesale distributor operation that operated in several Midwestern states.
