A senior project management consultant, instructor, and author with over three decades of project management and senior leadership experience. Belinda is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP), Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and was the first woman to achieve all five of the PMI credentials. Her project portfolio includes international, multi-million dollar projects spanning the financial, government, engineering, healthcare, and IT industries. Belinda has provided consultation to multiple Fortune 500 companies on the establishment of PMOs and the value proposition of project management within their organizations, enabling them to accelerate the achievement of their strategic goals while improving their financial health.
