Later, sharing this with Fr. Tierney, he handed me a wrapped gift. Inside was a framed painting of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. “That’s Him,” Fr. Tierney said, his voice steady with recognition. He explained that my description— “I fell into His eyes and felt the warmth of His gentle peace and grace”—echoed experiences shared by others over the years.
