Dr Christopher Decker is a senior associate research fellow specialising in regulatory and competition economics in the University of Oxford. He has advised international bodies such as the World Bank, OECD, European Commission and APEC, as well as government departments, regulators and private clients, on the design and implementation of economic regulation in many parts of the world.
