Gretchen L. Hoffman is Professor in the School of Library and Information Studies at Texas Woman’s University, Denton, Texas, USA. Her primary teaching and research interests focus on cataloging and classification.

Karen Snow

is Professor and the Ph.D. Program Director in the School of Information Studies at Dominican University, River Forest, Illinois, USA. Her primary teaching and research interests focus on cataloging, classification, and metadata.
