Stephen Wilde is a fifth-generation Falkland Islander now living in Hampshire, England. From humble roots and a strong work ethic, he spent his formative years working on a farm. Wilde continued to toil in the agricultural sector for the first decade of his professional life. Later, he embarked on further education, navigating self-improvement through perseverance. Transitioning into the world of electronics, IT, and telecoms, Wilde adapted to the changing tides of industry. However, the tumultuous waves of the 2008 economic crash led Wilde to unemployment. This period of uncertainty lasted 11 long months. Until fate intervened, offering him the opportunity to traverse the globe and contribute to an exciting new material and product. In 2017, Wilde was at another crossroads when he seized the chance to shift gears and embrace a new role as the managing director of a manufacturing company.
