The Longtail Brothers' Misadventures - A New Home is Laurie J. Carmichael's first children's story, written under the name Daisy Belle Kling. Laurie has written two suspense thrillers. In A Complicated Goodbye she writes about courage and resilience. Her main character, Rebecca Adams, is a survivor of loss, betrayal, and domestic violence. The sequel, A Hiding Amongst the Clouds, follows Rebecca's journey as she attempts to rebuild her life. The final unnamed chapter of the trilogy is due for release in Spring 2025.
