I am a life and business strategist, Master Negotiator, Master Consultant, and Crisis Intervention Specialist, who draws on my extensive experience in the corporate and personal development worlds to enable individuals and organizations to achieve their visions and objectives. I have adopted a dynamic approach to people development and cultural/organizational change and bring my own unique combination of skills to help adults and children in all walks of life, to overcome challenges. I have been in the nursing field for 50 years, specifically surgery for 45 years, caring for children and adults and have brought many of my consulting skills to the surgical arenas and corporations. I have worked on organ retrieval teams and counseled families of donors. I have worked on open heart, heart, and lung transplant teams and other organ transplants, along with helping those families cope with their grief. For the last 50 years, I have been actively involved in grief counseling for kids and adults. I am a crisis intervention specialist and have counseled troubled teens and adults in detention centers and prisons. Many of my therapy sessions have been working with abused women and children, child molesters, rapists, and convicted murderers.
