Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Jacqueline Marchan is a graduate of Stanford University. Her Psychology degree helps her understand special connections between people and her characters come to life in her debut novel Coasters. She took an unconventional Career Path from Stanford into the world of Fashion and has excelled in many roles in the Fashion Business. Some of her favorite jobs were Designer, Fashion Executive, and Buyer. Her style of writing brings the fashion images to life and the reader can picture themselves in the complex elite world of fashion.At Stanford she excelled in creative writing, and her debut novel weaves the life of a textile designer through love, a tragic accident, and an unexpected outcome. She brings her love of mermaids into the story with mermaid dream scenes that capture the mystery of the sea. Jacqueline now resides in Las Vegas where and she spends her free time, writing, playing semi-professional poker, creating her own fashion, savoring the Vegas life style, and enjoying the company of her husband and pets.
