He wrote the majority of the British Columbia entries for this book. Pamela Cuthbert , author of Frommer's Toronto , is a food and travel writer and editor. Jillian Dickens has spent the last six years living, working, and playing in Nunavut. First as a news reporter, then in tourism development, now writing about the territory from her home base in Toronto.
