Natasha A. Jankowski, PhD, is associate director of the National Institute for Learning Outcomes (NILOA) and Research Assistant Professor with the Department of Education Policy, Organization and Leadership at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
David Marshall, PhD, is associate professor of English at CSU San Bernardino and works with the Institute for Evidence-Based Change (IEBC) on Tuning work in the United States.
