CHARLES A. KAMHOUA, PHD, is a researcher at the US Army Research Laboratory's Network Security Branch. LAURENT L. NJILLA, PHD, is a research electronics engineer and the program manager of Disruptive Information Technology at the Information Directorate/Cyber Assurance Branch of the Air Force Research Laboratory.
