This book is a wide-ranging exploration of the use of mobile devices for teaching and learning language and literacies. It investigates the particular qualities of mobile devices which open up new educational possibilities, and examines the agendas behind the use of these tools in the developed and developing world alike. Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Mark Pegrum is an associate professor in the Faculty of Education at The University of Western Australia. His teaching and research are focused on e-learning and mobile learning. He teaches in Perth, Hong Kong and Singapore, and regularly gives presentations and runs seminars in Australia and New Zealand, East and Southeast Asia, and the UK and Europe.
