From 2003 through 2007, Luciano Attolico was the Advanced Technology & Production Development Manager at SIEMENS Automotive, focussing on high-tech innovative products and processes. He oversaw the development of new production technologies, new product industrialization, and the management of entire production departments.

In 2008, he chose to pursue a career dedicated exclusively to counseling, research and training, and founded Lenovys (www.lenovys.com), a Lean Management company, known for creating Lean Lifestyle(R) and Impact Innovation methodologies. Lenovys is one of the few companies in Europe that improves business performance by jointly developing both technical and social excellence.
