Mr. Frise Reds Fowee is acquainted with a Mus Yellow, now living in Norfolk, and knew a fellow Oil called Orange. H. J. C., after dealing with Reid, J, &c. concludes, " It is only natural that those colours which are most commonly observed on the human body, such as white, black, brown, or grey, are pf frequent occurrence among our surnames, while others, euch as purple or yellow, which arc not the ordinary hues of health, are absent." Mb. Johh W. Осыно supplies the epitaph on Robert Scarlett at Peterborough, which will be found in « N. & Q,' 2a S. vu. 475. Мк. Geo. Neilsoh mentions Blue as the name of a native of Renfrewshire. Chartist (7 S. vi. 187).--Perhaps the following, copied from the Annual Regiiter for 1838, chap.
