Dr. C. Thomas Olivo was the New York State Director of Industrial Education and founder of Delmar Publishers. He was a machinist, a T&I and vocational teacher and a professor. Dr. C. Thomas Olivo received a Bachelor of Science Degree, a Masters of Science Degree and a Doctoral Degree. He was also a recipient of the ASME award for international meritorious service and the author and editor of over sixty vocational textbooks and five hundred publications.
