The purpose for this book came to fruition in a rather round-about way. After having acquired, by sheer providence, the sole publishing rights to a cache of documentation from the last surviving holder from this family of one of the principal characters in this history, who had hidden it from public disclosure for some 120 years due to the fear of certain death threats received by that family if the contents were ever made public
