The main emphasis, however, is placed upon the principles of operation of different types or makes of subscribers' apparatus, together with a discussion Of methods Of locating faults and their correction.
This is the first part of the course and 1s mainly confined to subscribers' apparatus. The two other parts to follow, which are in preparation, will treat Of central Office equipment and out side construction.
