The author has not felt the necessity of restating historical and theoretical facts to which he devoted a previous book: Psychoanalysis, its history, theory and practice. The various schools of an alysis, however, having reached almost identical conclusions as to human behaviour, although they started from different premises, the last four chap ters of the present book shall describe the paths followed by the four best known psychoanalysts, Freud, Jung, Adler and Kempf.
