After the marriage the Prophet's wife bore three children. Thefe children reprefent, as I have obferved, certain 'diftinét parts or de fcriptions of the Jewifh nation, of the whole of which the Mother was the emblem. Ofthefe three children the eldeft and the youngeft were fons: the intermediate childwas a daughter. The eldeft, I think, was the Prophet's ion but the two lalt were both baftards. In this I have the concurrence of Dr. Wells; acutely remarking.
