Some months having elapsed since the fol lowing Work was first announced, it may be necessary to state, that it was finally revised, in its progress through the press, even to the last Sheet, by Dr. Kitchiner himself; and that circumstances, in which the Public will take no interest, have alone delayed the publication, from the time of the lamented Author's till the pre.
