Accord ingly the King's Bench Division can, and must, now take notice of equitable estates, rights, and liabilities which were formerly recognised only in the Court of Chancery, and can grant equitable remedies formerly obtainable only from the Court of Chancery, as for instance the remedy of an injunction.
