And whereas, to thefe Confiderations an anfwer has alfo been publilhed, called A full and candid answer TO A pamphlet, Entitled, consederations ON the present german war; But in this the author of the following pa ges, apprehends the words Full and Candid to be mifapplied, he thinks that if they were fubfiituted by the words Temporary and Aezfifve, the title would, with greater propriety, fuit the book; he thinks alfo that he has made fome obfervations on them both, which may pollibly be of fome fervice to the Public, in prevent ing their over-hafiy fiding with either of thefe writers.
