We also append the Discourse of St. Alphonso Liguori on the Immaculate Conception the Letters Apostolic (latin and English) of our Holy Father Pius IX, announcing the solemn defi nition Of the doctrine, together with the beautiful Pastoral of Cardinal Wiseman on the same subject.
