Paperback. Zustand: New. Print on Demand. This book challenges the rationality of atheism, particularly the arguments of Thomas Paine in The Age of Reason. The author contends that Paine's arguments against the Bible rely on mischaracterizing the text and misunderstanding the nature of Revelation. The author argues that reason and authority are not inherently incompatible and that it is reasonable to accept the Bible as a source of knowledge about God and morality. This book delves into the philosophical and historical context of the debate between theism and atheism, exploring the nature of evidence, the problem of evil, and the role of faith in human experience.
