Official Classification Territory is divided into three rate territories, having associations as follows: (1) the New England Freight Association,3 6 which has juris diction over rates established or proposed on traffic moving between points in the New England States; (2) the Trunk Line Freight Association,4 6 which has juris diction Over rates on traffic moving between points in Trunk Line Freight Association Territory; and (3) the Central Freight Association,57 which has jurisdiction over rates on traffic moving between points in that part of the middle-western states which is not under the juris diction of the Trunk Line Freight Association.
