As the names of the mss. In which a monument is preser ved are given here under the title of the monument, the entire in formation referred to above can be obtained by reference to the bibliography of mss., which begins on page 52.
The compilation of this information ceased in the early summer of 1907. It is a source of regret to me that the Opportunity to bring the work up to date has not presented itself.
There remains but the pleasant duty of expressing my appreciation of the unfailing willingness and courtesy shown by the library officials of the Johns Hopkins University and the Peabody Institute, in Baltimore, and the University of Heidelberg.
