Mr. Paterson moved, That the agency to be employed in recruiting immigrants for this colony consist of gentlemen deputed from this colony, who are acquainted with its wants, or of gentlemen who may now be resident in the mother country, but who are well acquainted with its character and capabilities - Carried.
