Excerpt from Manual of Vital Function, Testing Methods and Their Interpretation
Tunas should always be some valid reason for writing a new book, especially a medical book. My reason for writing, or perhaps to express it more accurately, for compiling this work, is, that the information that it contains is scattered quite broadly through a wide and extensive medical literature, that may not be readily accessible to all, and which has never, so far as I know, been collected together in book form.

Paperback. Zustand: New. Print on Demand. This book provides a detailed examination of the liver's vital functions, including glycogenesis, ureagenesis, antitoxic function, hematopoiesis, and biliary excretion. By exploring the theoretical and practical aspects of these functions, the author offers guidance for the detection and interpretation of liver dysfunction. The strength of this book is its emphasis on functional testing methods rather than the examination of gross organic lesions.
