Elle a sa base régulière, et se termine par une sorte de chapiteau ionique orné d'un petit masque sous lequel les listels des volutes passent en se courbant° arrangement capricieux, comme s'en permet du reste l'a r chitecture de décoration etsurtout l'art du modeleur. De la partie supérieure du tailloir s'avancent en dehors qua tre crochets en arabesques destinés à soutenir un pareil nombre de lampes. On ne voit cependant que deux de celles-ci, l'une de profil dans toute sa longueur, et l'autre de face avec sa poignee en croissant, comme on le dis tingue encore mieux dans le petit plan dessiné sur le côté. Telle est la disposition du lampadaire.
