Article III. Its officers shall be President, Vice President, and Secretary and Treasurer (in one), to be elected semi-annually by ballot. Article IV. Each member pledges faithfulness, in performing every duty assigned in the circle, and prompt attendance at the hour of meeting. Article v.
Honorary membership may be granted to those unable to attend all the regular meetings of the Circle.
