Addition and Subtraction (22 pp.) No. 2, Multiplication and Division (23 No. 3, Common Fractions (15 No. 4, Decimals, Percentage, Denominate Numbers. And Mensuration (24 pp.) answers to these exercises are found in the Handbook.
