Excerpt from Report of the State Librarian to the Governor: For the Two Years Ended September 30, 1910
In my report for the two years ended September 30, 1908, 1 gave a somewhat detailed description of the building as planned. It is a pleasure to here record that under the intelligent and faith ful supervision of the commission having in charge its erection the building has been constructed substantially as there described and within the appropriation.
