In section 3, we analyze the convergence rate of the method for systems with very large queue size. The convergence rate depends on the specn'um of the iterau'on matrices. We find that the eigenvalues of these matrices are clustered with only a few outlying eigenvalues.
From these results, the fast convergence of the method follows.
