The Committee on Fiscal Concerns of the Grand Lodge were invested with discretionary and unlimited power over the Said stock and funds, having first satisfied the Grand Treasurer for all moneys which he may be in advance on account of this Grand Lodge, and taking special care to keep him at all times supplied with so much money as may be necessary to meet the draughts of the Grand Stewards Lodge and its Committee of Charity.
