Resolved, - That the Secretary be instructed as soon as possible after the adjournment of the Commission, to address a circular to the various Boards of Managers of all the graded Undenominational Public Schools in the towns and villages. Requesting the managers of such schools to supply the Commission with information on the following points, viz.
