At a stated meeting of this Commandery held at Delmonico's corner of Fifth Avenue and Forty-fourth Street, the following was adopted as the report of the Committee appointed to draft resolution relative to Original Companion Edward Hastings Ripley, Brigadier General, United States Volunteers, (insignia No. Who died at Rutland, Vermont, September 1a, 1915, aged 76 years.
