Excerpt from A Short Narrative of the Life and Conversion of Rev. G. A. Lord: Formerly a French Canadian Roman Catholic, and Now Engaged as the People's Independent Colporteur
East Green'hush, Feb. 5, 1850. The Rev. Mr. Lord lectured to my people last Sabbath, morning and evening, on the subject of Romanism. The lectures were very interesting, and I think will prove to be beneficial in enlightening the minds of many. The congre gation were exceedingly pleased and gratified. I do not hesi tate in cordially recommending him to the churches generally.
