Excerpt from Glimpses of the Ages, or the "Superior" And "Inferior" Races, So Called, Discussed in the Light of Science and History, Vol. 2
Ccording to the original intention, this work was to have been a single volume, but by necessity it was subsequently increased to two volumes. And whilst the author, with some reluctance, was essaying to comply with the added demand the same taskmaster, returning, raised the number of two volumes to that of six volumes. Thereby having somewhat recovered the equanimity of his mind, as well as the assumes that the master of these exactions has at length reached the limit of his impositions, the author is to announce, although with difidence not unmixed with trepidation, that the entire work Glimpses of the Ages will appear in six volumes.

The author examines the historical and scientific foundations of the 'white' race's belief in their superiority and the resulting oppression of the non-white races. Through an in-depth analysis of the physical, mental, and moral aspects of both groups, the author argues that the concept of racial superiority is scientifically and morally flawed. This book provides a comprehensive examination of the complex dynamics of race relations and offers valuable insights into the origins of racial prejudice and the devastating consequences it has had on societies worldwide.
