Elle aurait pleinement décidé; mais je lui aurais observé que les grandes assemblées administraient' mal üque si I212 Cpersonnes ne suffisent pas à la ville de Paris, elle ne sera jam'ais administrée; que ses 'membres pouvaient s'occuper dans des comités et qu'il n'était pas nécessaire que les autres.
