The material to be published in The Department of State Bulletin will be so organized as to enable persons who are interested in certain special subjects to follow developments in their particular fields by reference each week to the appropriate section of the Bulletin.
Data, for instance, of the character of that previously contained in the Treaty Information bulletin will henceforth be printed each week in a separate section of the Bulletin.
